Via Ferrata

Explore the Box Canyon of Ouray in a thrilling way! In the winter this canyon is filled with ice for climbing, but in the summer months you can traverse its walls on rungs and cables. Start on the classic down stream route, or go for the more challenging upstream route.

Telluride hosts one of the more exposed routes in the area, with spectacular views of Bridalveil Falls and the Telluride valley.

Switzerland offers some of the wildest Via Ferrata’s in the world. Explore iconic towns like Zermatt, Saas Fee, or Interlocken through their extensive Via Ferrata system. Routes like the Jagihorn Via, or the Kleinstegg above Zermatt are wonderful outings.

Chamonix is best known for its climbing and skiing, but boasts some spectacular Via Ferrata, some are only a short walk from a ski lift, and others are approached by a spectacular walk up a glacier.
